This sauce will not be cooked. You will use it as-is.
Truly, this is as simple as it can get -- it is a great sauce.
Ingredients:
28 oz can of tomatoes. We use Contadina crushed tomatoes.
About 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
Fresh basil leaves or dry
Method:
Blend together using an immersion blender or food processor.
